10 cups seedless watermelon cubes, frozen for 24 hrs
1 large lime, juiced
¼ cup fresh mint leaves, loosely packed
1 ½ cups cold filtered water
Mint leaves for garnish
Method.
Defrost watermelon cubes for 5-10 mins.
Add watermelon, maple syrup, lime juice, mint and water to a high-speed blender and pulse until the watermelon starts to break up. Then blend until thick and slushie-like.
Add more water if it’s too thick.
Serve in 4 glasses, garnish with mint leaves and enjoy!
