Watermelon Slushie

  • 10 cups seedless watermelon cubes, frozen for 24 hrs
  • 1 large lime, juiced
  • ¼ cup fresh mint leaves, loosely packed
  • 1 ½ cups cold filtered water
  • Mint leaves for garnish
  1. Defrost watermelon cubes for 5-10 mins.
  2. Add watermelon, maple syrup, lime juice, mint and water to a high-speed blender and pulse until the watermelon starts to break up. Then blend until thick and slushie-like.
  3. Add more water if it’s too thick.
  4. Serve in 4 glasses, garnish with mint leaves and enjoy!
